Initial Contact: DM me on Instagram to request the client intake form.

Submission: Fill out the form with your reptile species, desired dimensions, and design preferences.

Quote: Receive a personalized quote within 48 hours of form submission.

Secure Slot: Pay a 25% non-refundable deposit and approve of the final design sketch to start the build process

Build Updates: Receive progress photos via Instagram at key stages of the build.

Final Payment: Pay the remaining balance in full once the enclosure is completed and before shipping or pickup.

Delivery: Receive tracking information as well as free assembly and enclosure care guide through Instagram after delivery
